About Jacob Watts

I’m in Business Development at FEIS, where I help building owners, property managers, and construction pros stay safe, compliant, and stress-free when it comes to Cal-OSHA inspections and façade access equipment. Translation? I help people avoid fines and keep their teams safe while hanging off the sides of buildings. Before this, I spent over a decade in film production, working on major movies, TV shows and commercials as a Set Lighting Technician and Assistant Chief Lighting Technician. Turns out, working under pressure, problem-solving on the fly, and keeping a crew moving are pretty useful in sales too. Who knew? Now, I spend my days closing deals, refining sales processes, and building relationships. Every now and then I get to flex my video production skills to create marketing content. If you’re into business strategy, industry trends, or just want to talk shop, let’s connect!
