Chick-fil-A | California, Glendora Commons Team Leader | 11/2020 - Present During my role as a Team leader at Chick-fil-A it was necessary ensure the growth and development of the team. Team leads work under high amounts of pressure in a fast-paced, volatile environment. Team Leads assign roles to the team members, develop a setup and plan out events, as well as train and grow bonds with team members. In addition communication and customer service skills, cleanliness, upkeep, and overall satisfaction reports are a major aspect of my role as a Team Lead. I was promoted to a Team Lead at the age 17 contrary to the requirement of 18 years or older because I was exceptional and proved my effectiveness. During my time as a Team Lead I recommended many changes to ensure that the store was cleaner and running more efficiently. I changed systems that have been in place for years such as ensuring the team took the extra steps to clean areas that have routinely not been maintained, and made sure proper equipment was being used.
