I’m a product leader with more than a decade of experience shipping user-centered, high-impact products in complex environments. Most recently, I’ve been focused on modernizing digital claims services for the Department of Veterans Affairs, where my team launched one of the most-used features on VA.gov and helped drive a data-informed shift in how the organization understands the Veteran experience. I specialize in solving messy, ambiguous problems. I’ve led teams through the full product lifecycle, established best practices in analytics and prioritization, and built cross-functional alignment in settings that often resist clarity. Whether I’m mentoring PMs, navigating compliance constraints, or advocating for user needs in policy conversations, my goal is the same: ship the right thing and make it last. I'm particularly passionate about products that do real-world good and improve trust in the systems people rely on. I thrive at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and storytelling.
