When I thought I was going to become a veterinarian, I was told by the industry that the quality of life is poor and that I would be married to student loans. I ignored this warning throughout my undergraduate career and awoke to a harsh reality when I started applying to vet schools. The duration of vet school, high cost, and work-life balance were now staring me in the face. Around this time, I met my partners while shadowing them for veterinary experience hours. We talked about the future of the veterinary industry and how they would solve the current problems. A year later, we founded Vetama - a mobile veterinary company.
