Background

About Jacoby Kolanko

I am a dedicated and driven individual with a strong background in event planning, operations, and leadership within the sports and entertainment industry. Having played soccer my whole life and served as a team captain, I developed strong leadership skills and a unique perspective both on and off the field. I bring that same mindset to my professional career, where I excel in fast-paced environments and am calm under pressure. My work with the Town of Apex and Carolina Hurricanes has allowed me to develop expertise in event execution, vendor coordination, and marketing promotions. Additionally, my leadership roles as Vice President and Recruitment Chair of Pi Kappa Phi have strengthened my ability to lead teams, strategize operations, and recruit outside members. With years of experience in customer service and operations at the Sports Center of Richmond, I am passionate about creating meaningful experiences for both organizations and their communities. In my free time, I enjoy playing and watching sports, as well as spending time with family and friends. I look forward to connecting with you!
