Empowering Women Leaders to Lead Boldly, Navigate Systems, and Create Lasting Impact As a leadership strategist, educational consultant, and advocate for equity, I specialize in supporting school leaders, especially Black women, as they navigate the complexities of leadership and rise with confidence, purpose, and power. With over two decades of experience in education, from English teacher to principal to executive director, I’ve led schools, coached leaders, and shaped systems that drive real results. I’m the founder of Ann Ignatius Solutions, LLC, where I offer professional learning, strategic planning, and leadership development that’s grounded in authenticity, justice, and transformation. I also serve on the Board of Directors for BWEL and am currently completing my doctorate at Morgan State University. My research, “Punished and Pushed Out: The Resistance and Resilience of Black Women Principals in Urban Schools,” fuels my passion to create spaces where women can lead unapologetically and thrive.
