As a strong thinker, I am not content with “one-size-fits-all” methodologies when it comes to organizational and marketing resilience. Multi-cultural, complex and ever changing environments are forcing our critical thinking abilities to reach beyond current venues and think “outside the box”. I believe in taking what SHOULD be done and turning it into what CAN be done, placing the organization’s best interest above all else. Provide CM/D support and guidance to the Advanced Pilot Training, eT-7a, AFLCMC/WLZC (SPO). Support the Government, maintaining configuration management (C/M) of all delivered Contract Data Requirements (CDRL), assist with reviewing for proper format, content, and compliance with program requirements and appropriate standards; and track the requests through the appropriate government agencies Multi-user ECP Automated Review System,(MEARS) for responding back to the customer. Support the configuration control function, to include receipt, dissemination, processing, tracking, and final disposition. Report the Development/Sustainment Contractor's data delivery status. Assist in the preparation and conduct of Contract Control Board,(CCB) and business management boards to include minutes and attendance. Track data item deliverables and responses. Support pre- and post-contract award data reviews. Process Government and Development/Sustainment Contractor correspondence. Work closely with the Production IPT program. Assist with configuration planning, data analysis, maintenance of configuration documentation and data, and maintaining inventory/configuration status. Assist with development of “How-to” training for CM/DM processes and supporting documentation. Advise, instruct, and train users on CMDM software. Support engineering activities with respect to documentation and configuration control.
