About Jacqueline Keating

I am a health care leader committed to improving patient care delivery and outcomes through quality improvement and eHealth optimization. I have spent the last 9 years supporting British Columbia’s health informatics goals through advocacy, strategic analysis and the development of innovative solutions to progress barriers. I am very keen on supporting the reform of Canada's health care system to become more upstream and proactive in order to improve our support of vulnerable populations such as Indigenous Canadians and the residents of Vancouver's Downtown Eastside. In order to support these populations, we need to reduce knowledge gaps and inefficiencies in our current system. I believe this can be done by developing systems to gather better patient data, improving the integration of data systems, and ensuring the uptake of universal data standards. I am devoted to making sure we get there!
