About Jacqueline Lowry

I am currently serving as the Clinical Practice Specialist in Women's and infant services and helping new families as they grow by guiding evidence based processes and development of unit staff towards high quality outcomes. I also have strong history of being a transformational leader in a busy labor and delivery, post partum, well newborn nursery, Level 2+ special care nursery, lactation and perinatal education department. I have managed and maintained three separate cost centers, as well as supported associate development of 130 employees. I am very passionate about creating a culture surrounding lean management and process improvements as well as carry a philosophy that in healthcare we should first do no harm. My professional goals includes making worthwhile changes through structured process improvements, supporting and developing my associates towards their goals and helping to support a culture of eliminating patient harm. I look forward to continuing my role in healthcare leadership and expanding my imprint in healthcare.
