My career trajectory is marked by a series of leadership roles, where I have consistently demonstrated strong skills in team management and relationship building. Holding positions such as Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader within diverse financial institutions, I have effectively overseen the Quality Department of a Financial Crime Prevention unit. In this capacity, I successfully devised and implemented frameworks and procedures that significantly enhanced team performance. Driven by enthusiasm and a commitment to problem-solving, I excel in resolving a multitude of challenges. As a subject matter expert (SME), I possess a breadth of expertise and have conducted compliance reviews, quality checks (QC), and quality assurance (QA) activities with precision.
