About Jacqueline Munro

Having worked in Business Management for 18 years it seemed like a mad leap to undertake a 3 year degree course in Complementary Therapies at the age of 35. However, I can safely say it was the most powerful and fulfilling move of my career and my life. I was finally where I was meant to be. I have loved therapies since I started 17 years ago and my passion, commitment, interest, investigation and application have only grown in that time. As a practising therapist I love my job and love being able to work one to one with my clients, many of whom have been with me for a number of years. I also have loved developing and presenting workshops for the public and CPD events for therapists over the last 12 years and travel extensively across Scotland. One of my main passions now is working with meditation, mindfulness and self development. I run regular online monthly meditation challenges using meditation and affirmation recordings. I also work with meditation one to one and in group settings. I am lucky enough to supply local and national charities with meditation, mindfulness and self help sessions.Currently I am working on developing ebooks, pdf downloads and other resources using affirmations. I have used affirmations for the past 22 years and enjoy developing, writing and presenting my own work with them to help others make meaningful changes in their lives too. Please get in touch with me directly or check out the website for more information and ask any questions and let's work together to make successful moves together.
