Established my solo law practice in 2024. Serve my individual clients while also providing legal consulting and services to large companies spanning various different industries. Legal experience has included great time and focus in Family law, Landlord/tenant, Zoning/Property Law, Estate Planning, Complex risk management/ strategy related to compliance in both Business and Healthcare on Federal and State levels, Privacy Law- cybersecurity breach and reporting, as well as several forms of general legal counsel and business management across the State of Florida. Obtained my JD from Stetson College of Law in 2022, Florida Notarial Certification in 2020, Paralegal Certificate from the University of Miami in 2019, and my BA and AA in 2017 from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Over 5 years of experience providing legal assistance as a paralegal and managing legal representative. Have vast experience as a communication liaison between Fortune 500 companies, Healthcare facilities, Government Agencies, vendors, and more than 10 + years experience with multi-industry complex administrative business analysis and support. My direct experience spans all levels, from clerical duties and construction to providing legal consulting, Federal and State compliance risk management, Cybersecurity breach reporting, financial auditing, business organization/ management, communication liaison, and more. I can confidently say I provide effective and efficient service with great attention to detail, but more importantly, with a focus that never fails to keep each company and my individual clients' needs at the forefront. I am very personable, communicative, empathetic, and respectful. Naturally, my work experience has instilled the need to be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a self-starter, all of which I am. That said, I work extremely well independently but also enjoy group/ team settings. Either environment receives my same diligent and wholehearted efforts. I take pride in being able to maintain consistent, longstanding professional relationships and do thrive where ongoing communications are needed as I am able to make the best use of both my personal and professional skills at once.
