My experience lies in successfully overseeing projects, creative space planning, restacking, performance, maintenance, repair of building systems—including electrical, HVAC, and fire safety—while working effectively with multiple vendors to optimize overall facility performance. Throughout my career, I have become highly skilled in ensuring adherence to organizational goals and requirements while facilitating projects, streamlining operations and improving building safety and security. My recent achievements: • Promoted January 1st, 2019 to Facilities Project Manager. • Improved efficiency and cost effectiveness of the Panasonic sites by contracted services through strategic selection, renegotiating, and relationship management with vendors encompassing janitorial, landscaping, security, plumbing, coffee/vending, and construction. • Orchestrating the successful renovation and restacking of the Panasonic Chesapeake site by overseeing several projects: Exterior Light Pole Painting, Exterior LED Lighting, Parking Lot/Basketball Court Repaving and Striping, Security Camera Upgrade, New Roof, Landscaping Redesign, Interior Painting, and Interior LED Upgrade that were all completed within six months. Restacking increased internal communication and increased efficiency among work groups; increased morale in a more positive environment and reduced operating expenses. • Successfully decommissioned and assisted with the relocation and startup of Panasonic’s Mountain View, CA and Washington, DC sites. Constantly recognized for my creative space planning skills and ideas.
