As a Human Resource professional, my greatest reward in working with employees, is navigating their onboarding process; to understand policies, procedures and expectations to help them succeed in their new role. My past experiences in worker's compensation and unemployment claims allows me to compassionately assist employees to work through difficulties and challenges, while ensuring the organization's cost effectiveness and bottom line. I am looking for an opportunity to expand on those skills that will allow me to motivate, inspire and encourage employees that help them navigate the HR process seeing them through to success. My passion for onboarding come from my skills in communication, building relationships and adaptability to work with all levels of management. I have a reputation for being trustworthy, reliable and the desire for learning new skills to expand on my current HR skillset.
