About Jacqueline Shrader

Experienced in community development and mobilization in both US domestic and international settings. I have been involved with a variety of projects, including youth development, agriculture, migration, gender-based violence response, violence prevention, food systems, and food fortification. I am experienced in program management, business development, monitoring and evaluation, compliance, and knowledge management. I value collaboration, contextual analysis, and epistemic humility. I actively bring frameworks that foreground racial and gender equity to my work and decision-making processes. I have worked and studied in the United States, South and Central America, the Carribean, West Africa, and East Africa, and with immigrant and refugee populations from across the world.
