About Jacquelyn Elliott

Hi there! I'm a 2D compositing artist with a lifelong love for animation. I started sketching characters and bringing them to life at a young age, and my passion only grew from there. After studying at the Vancouver Institute of Media Arts (2020–2021), I honed my skills in animation and character builds, and discovered my love for compositing—perfecting lighting and polishing shots to create seamless, dazzling sequences. I've had the pleasure of contributing to projects like Rick and Morty and Carol & the End of the World, where I worked on 2D compositing and assisted the builds department. Collaborating across departments allowed me to contribute to the show's unique aesthetic and bring stories to life through visuals. I'm always excited to take on new creative challenges and collaborate with fellow artists to craft compelling visual narratives. Let's connect and create something amazing together!
