Within each county that I have researched lies a Courthouse rich in historical data, telling a story of community livelihood and growth. From the beauty within the interior of the Washington County, Pennsylvania Courthouse to the resourceful landbook indices in the basement of the Harrison County, West Virginia Courthouse, all aspects of the land and title research is an opportunity for learning and observing the counties formation and history. With my combined years of work throughout the regions of Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas and West Virginia, I have expertise to offer with sixteen years of experience performing a full spectrum of land and title tasks including complete title research and analysis, mapping curative, national curative with curative recommendations, and past management of a land and title division. I enjoy the challenges of the research, and value the accuracy in all work products. I am a resolution-based thinking individual, that abides by my Grandmother’s advice to always remember to count your blessings. During my time away from working, I enjoy reading about topics surrounding physics, biology, philosophy and nutrition. I enjoy activities such as photography, gardening, guitar, woodworking (including woodturning), and occasionally boxing, a game of tennis or a bit of skateboarding for added exercise. I am pleased to connect with such a large community of business professionals.
