I’m Jackie Jones, a Senior Community Corrections Officer with over 25 years of experience at Orange County Corrections, specializing in mental health programming, reentry support, and case management for justice-involved individuals facing complex challenges such as homelessness, substance use, and chronic mental illness. Alongside my public service career, I’m also the founder of J’Adorn Web Solutions, where I blend my passion for design and strategy to help small business owners and entrepreneurs launch and grow their brands online. I create custom websites, digital business templates, and marketing assets that support new ventures—especially those led by women, service providers, and creative entrepreneurs. Through my work—both in the correctional system and in the digital space—I’m committed to helping people rebuild, reinvent, and reach their goals with dignity and confidence. I also operate multiple Etsy shops, offering print-on-demand products, business tools, and downloadable art. My mission is to use creativity, compassion, and structure to support growth—whether that’s personal, professional, or entrepreneurial.
