About Jacquelyn Mulkey Engelbert

I’m a results-driven leader in education and workforce development with over 20 years of experience designing scalable learning programs, managing cross-functional teams, and using data to drive performance. In my role as Program Director at The Monarch School & Institute, I built and delivered high-impact training solutions—from AI-enabled personalized learning systems to workforce readiness initiatives that helped increase postsecondary success by over 60%. I specialize in instructional design, onboarding, compliance training, and continuous improvement. Whether leading a team, rolling out SOPs, or designing technical training for diverse learners, I bring clarity, creativity, and structure to every stage of the employee learning journey. I’ve developed content for in-person, hybrid, and digital environments and used LMS platforms, microlearning, and performance dashboards to ensure results are measurable and sustainable. What sets me apart is my ability to translate strategy into action. I collaborate across departments, coach staff at every level, and build training systems that scale with organizational growth. I thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments where learning isn't just a task—it's a culture. Let’s connect if you’re looking for a builder of people, programs, and performance.
