About Jacquelyn Patterson

I started my work career with Troy Housing Services Corporation and have been fortunate to work in many Departments. Currently, I am finally, Retired, Offically, January 1, 2019. I worked as the Program Assistant/Testing Specialist in Testing and Proctoring at Troy University Online, Student Services Department. Where I assist in Online Testing and Proctoring at our certified testing lab. In this role I am a live proctor who proctor students for Troy University and other specialized exams that include other universities and colleges. Before joining Troy University, I worked for over 18 years with Troy Housing Services Corporation as the Social Services Director. I am truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with others. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite area of expertise is the Graphic Artist field where I have over 35 years of experience in Printing and Graphic Designs. I am the owner and operator of Jacquelyn’s Designs and Graphics for over 33 years. Along my educational journey, I am blessed to have a Certificate in Stenography from Trenholm State Technical College, an Associate of Science Degree in General Education with a concentration in Sociology, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology, both from Troy University and a Masters of Arts Degree in Education with a concentration in Teaching and Learning with Technology from Ashford University. Currently, I am a Post-Master's student at Troy University, pursuing a Certificate in Adult Education with a concentration in Instructional Designs (IT). Last but not certainly least, I am an active, financial on all levels, 1734 member of the greatest sorority in the world, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.
