What would society do without nonprofit organizations? I had often asked myself this question, rhetorically though, but it has been the driving force that ignited my passion to support growth and development of non-profits. Today, as an organizational development expert with over 10 years experience spanning across multinationals, research institutes, and the private sector, I have handled projects funded by international donors and agencies such as, the Ford Foundation, MacArthur, North East Regional Initiative (NERI), Open Society Initiative for West Africa (OSIWA), the Dutch Embassy, Australian Embassy, Heinrich Boll Foundation (HBF) I am particularly skilled in Project Coordination, Administration, and Finance management, with expertise in Monitoring, Evaluation, Organizational development, and excellent communicator with strong leadership skills. I believe teamwork make it work, and that is the personal motor that fires my zeal to build thriving human resource foundation that exceed performance indicators in all projects I oversee. Off work, I am a passionate mother and lover of children. I enjoy cooking and taking care of my family. I love going on expeditions too - toured the West Coast, UK, Netherlands and Germany.
