Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by 4 beliefs- Talented entrepreneurs are everywhere. Together with their companies, they are key driversof positive and collective changes. That’s why they – more than ever – deserve to befinanced and supported in their development, transformation and decarbonization projects- For them, communications and commitment are two powerful levers for transformation andacceleration. That fact is always true, whether dedicated to: developing and selling newoffers, enhancing economic and extra-financial performance, improving CSR impact,nurturing customer relations, supporting talent, enhancing management and ensuringorganizational fluidity- Committing to having a positive social and/or environmental impact is no longer an option; itmust be part of every entrepreneurial and professional journey- I only want to work for dynamic, collective projects, and actively participate in theirtransformation and scaling-up.For the past 20 years, I’ve been putting the power of communications and commitment at theheart of my mission to serve of managers and their companies- 2 years in an independent investment fund specialized in the French lower mid-capsegment - MBO+- 7 years in the management of one of the world’s leading social businesses - INCO- 4 years at the head of Europe’s largest movement of social entrepreneurs - Impact France- 8 years with a corporate philanthropy consulting agency - Vocatif.
