I am a passionate executive with experience in Operations, Sales, Client Services (Account Management) and WFM. I have held positions with both direct and indirect P&L accountability and I have extensive outsourcing experience within the Media, Cable, Financial industries with a secondary focus of Retail and CPG exposure. Most recently working in a high value solution-sales environment has been a terrific experience and a great compliment to my existing competencies. My specialties include operational delivery and cultural/people development. I have a strong ability to manage in matrix organizations and influence others while keeping things clear and simple. I love working with the team at Carpedia International to deliver sustainable profit improvement and increase predictability in the life of CEO's and department heads. While not at work, I am also known as "Coach Jack", having a love for coaching kids in Lacrosse, Hockey, Baseball and Soccer in Burlington Ontario.
