About Jacques Lucon

With a large experience in Information Systems, especially on management, systems architecture, and providing business solutions, my experience includes: design, development, implementation of systems as well as change management. During that time I also have set up and managed IS operations for large organizations and international utilities group. My experience has always been based on a strong understanding or knowledge of the business environment, privileging a strong teamwork with the business actors. I have been exposed to different sectors such as: universities, research, manufacturing, industry, banking, utilities, retail/distribution… Having operational and strategic understanding and approach, as well as a strong knowledge in Information Systems, Enterprise Assets Management and Business Process Management are major strengths that allow me to offer my services in those areas or at general management and organizational levels.
