With more than 20 years within the manufacturing sector, Jacques Pelletier has been recognized for his extensive knowledge of ERP Systems, primarily as a manufacturing consultant. At Synergy, Jacques is responsible for leading and managing implementation of VISUAL Manufacturing. He provides business process consulting and integrated manufacturing solutions which include defining workflow and training programs for end users as well as guiding the business through its procedural changes required to achieve a successful implementation. Jacques has served in several key functional positions, such as Engineering Director of Production and Planning, and implemented many VISUAL Enterprise manufacturing systems. His industry expertise revolves around communication, order-driven manufacturing companies, electronic assembly companies, as well as food industry. Throughout his career, Jacques has been recognized a ‘key’ leader in the use of innovative solutions and best practices as it applies to shop floor stock management and customer support.
