After completion of my B-Tech Electrical Engineering Qualification and Electrical Trade Test, I joined Companies such as ABB, Rockwell and Siemens. I have held several positions and received various promotions during this time ranging from Sales Engineering, Proposals Engineering, Account Management and more recently Country Business Unit Manager where I was selected as a Top Talent for three consecutive years. I was then headhunted to join SICK Automation as Managing Director. I am a results driven, self-motivated and resourceful leader with a proven ability to develop and strengthen teams in order to maximise company profitability. I am experienced in leading and growing all sectors of a business to make it a dynamic and progressive sales organisation. I possess excellent communication skills and able to establish sustainable and profitable relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders. I am looking for a new and challenging leadership position, one which will make best use of my existing skills and experience and also further my personal and professional development.
