This is reflected in achievements across a broad range of business functions, both in and out of finance. My ability to build strong business relationships and focus on execution are key to my success in formulating and implementing strategy, positive business change and growth. I am passionate about building truly great teams; teams who focus on continuous improvement, maximum efficiency and providing service excellence, teams who are agile, supported and connected, and who gain satisfaction and personal growth from their jobs. And, of course, have some fun doing it.With change becoming the only constant, and some of those changes exponential, I am excited about the future, the transformations to come, and the opportunities it will offer.
