With almost 10 years of experience in the accounting and finance industry, I am a passionate and dedicated exam delivery manager at ICAEW, the leading professional body for chartered accountants in the UK and worldwide. I have a strong background in stakeholder engagement, logistics planning, and project management, and I hold the APM Project Management Qualification, a globally recognized credential for project professionals. I am committed to delivering high-quality and accessible exams for ICAEW candidates, and to supporting the organization's vision of building a world of strong economies.As the exam delivery manager for the UK, I am responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of delivering professional and advanced level ACA assessments, from scheduling and venue selection, reconciliation and review. I work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as suppliers, and candidates, to ensure that the exams are fair, secure, and consistent. I also leverage my skills in adaptability, problem-solving, and communication to handle any issues or challenges that may arise during the exam cycle. In my previous role as a logistics executive, I gained valuable experience in managing and reviewing exam operations, as well as providing excellent customer service to ICAEW members and students.
