About Jacqui Chan

My journey has never been a straight line—it’s been about growth, resilience, and service. From the discipline I learned as a national athlete, to the polish I gained flying with Singapore Airlines, to the grit of running my own hospitality ventures, every step has shaped how I show up as a leader today. I’ve always believed that service isn’t just about what you do—it’s about how you make people feel. For years, I poured that belief into creating memorable experiences for guests and clients. Now, my focus has shifted inward: serving my own team, building confidence, nurturing growth, and shaping a culture where people feel they truly belong. In my current role as Director of People, Culture & Client Relations at LFA Studio and Ngee Koon, I get to blend both sides of my passion—delighting clients while helping our people thrive. Because when teams feel supported and empowered, they don’t just do good work—they do their best work. And that’s when clients really notice the difference.
