About Jacqui Day

In all the diverse roles I have worked in people have always been important to me. I relish in the challenge of working with teams of diverse and colourful people to deliver projects within a deadline. I enjoy the challenge of anticipating and managing the needs of a project, staff and clients, while maintaining a culture where people feel valued, and clients are happy. I have done project scoping for private and government research briefs, project budgets for staffing, fixed and operational cost, preparing quotes and contracts, ensure legislative requirements are met, hire staff, logistics planning, public speaking/presentations, manage client relations, and I can find a solution for almost anything. In my current role I have experience in recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, RSE pastoral care, implementing new policies, team building, conflict resolution and employee disciplinary processes. From travelling solo in China developing routes for Intrepid Travel to working with green fields entrepreneurs in the Seafood and Aquaculture Industries to changing company culture, implementing new process and policies in the horticulture industry, as well as managing teams and regattas for my sporty teenagers, I’m ready for any challenge!
