As an NLP Coach and Practitioner, Time Line Therapy® Practitioner, and ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), I help my clients delete limiting beliefs, develop clarity, and move forward with purpose. When people feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about their next step, I help them gain clarity, confidence, and momentum. My approach is warm, practical, and results-driven, grounded in Positive Psychology, NLP, Time Line Therapy, and years of experience working with people from all walks of life. With a diverse background spanning New Zealand and the UK, I understand the challenges of navigating change, stepping into leadership, and aligning work with personal fulfillment. I’ve mentored teams, trained coaches, and fostered impactful communication across all levels of an organisation. Now, I bring all of this into my coaching, helping individuals and professionals overcome self-doubt, shift unhelpful patterns, and step into the version of themselves they’ve always wanted to be.
