About Jacqui Gamack

Jacqui has over six years of hands-on experience as an ecologist, spending much of her career out in the field doing flora and fauna habitat assessments. Jacqui has worked across Queensland on a wide range of projects, offering ecological advice to clients in industries like transport, defence, renewables, mining, and local government. Jacqui has a strong background in writing ecological assessment reports, significant impact assessments, species management plans, and environmental monitoring programs. In recent years, her focus has been on biodiversity offset projects, working with some of the biggest mining, gas, and renewables companies across Australia. With a solid understanding of both state and federal environmental policies, Jacqui continues to stay across changes as the industry evolves. Now working with Koala Farmland Fund, Jacqui is gaining experience in the implementation of offset management plans, land management practices and restoration. Jacqui is bringing her experience as an ecologist to Koala Farmland Fund to ensure we pick robust offset sites that achieve great environmental outcomes.
