About Jacqui Pridgeon

As an executive office specialist for the social work program at Central Michigan University (CMU) since 2016, I have been responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the program and providing excellent service and support to students, faculty, and community partners. I have developed and demonstrated core competencies in program administration and office coordination by managing the program admission process, overseeing the daily operations of the office, coordinating program communications and correspondence, maintaining student, accreditation, and assessment records, supporting curriculum development, and assisting the program and practicum directors with various administrative tasks. In addition to my current role, I have skills and knowledge in benefits administration, employee wellness, and leadership development, which I acquired from my previous roles in human resources at CMU. I also have a graduate certificate in general administration and a bachelor's degree in secondary education and teaching. I am a goal-driven, energetic, and collaborative professional who thrives on solving problems, performing under pressure, and contributing to the success of the program and the university.
