Anyone who keeps learning stays young" is a famous quote and I am 100% in agreement with that. There are various standard/typical self introductions out there - I'd like mine to be as authentic as I am. Learning never ends and in all my 9+ years of experience, I have taken up various roles within Talent Acquisition group and have excelled in it, which has resulted in learning new skills almost every other day, thus enriching my knowledge in my work field. When I say various roles within Talent Acquisition Group - you name it and I've done it. From starting as a fresher who got her hands on a rebadging project as the first assignment, to being a direct client facing Recruitment partner for a leading American Banking client, to leading a team and being the BFS Chennai TAG SPOC, to exploring the path of recruitment marketing, leading Employee Referral program and being the Relationship Manager for all premium job boards - I've done it all! To unlock one's highest potential, one should always be willing to challenge themselves. I firmly believe in this, and that explains the exploration of the path that led to being a recruitment marketing specialist. Love writing. Story telling/creative writing is my forte. As a recruitment marketing specialist, one should be able to apply both recruitment and marketing strategies to be able to attain results. Mundane recruitment marketing campaigns do not really yield results. We all know that Creativity is the heart and soul of advertising and marketing. Can you connect the dots? Outside of work - Love reading. Give me a good book and I could just eat, sleep and walk - reading the book throughout. An ardent dancer and traveller!(I've not been everywhere, but it's on my list!)
