Currently serving as Service Desk Management Lead at Idaho National Laboratory, I oversee both Service Desk and Field Services operations. I assist in driving efficiency, implementing ITIL best practices, and enhancing the end-user experience. With an MBA in Information Technology Management, ITIL 4 Foundation, and CompTIA A+ certification, I bring both strategic and technical expertise to every project. I have extensive experience leading cross-functional initiatives, integrating IT solutions, and managing multi-million-dollar budgets to align resources with organizational goals. Throughout my career, I’ve been recognized for bridging the gap between technical teams and business leaders, ensuring alignment between IT capabilities and operational objectives.
