I am a disciplined & innovative professional with 11+ years of experience in Accounting with a key focus on driving all faces of benefits and payroll administration, payroll operations, data analysis, and payroll records with all business and operational groups. I have successfully gained work exposure with global culture which includes working with cross functional teams/clients/employees with different nationalities and backgrounds. I am conversant with software like Oracle EBS system and its HR, Payroll, and GL modules. My experience made me an expert in overseeing accurate paychecks, delivered on time, preparing tax reports, calculating salary and overtime, on-boarding and terminations from the payroll system database. I have leverage expertise in preparation of account reconciliations, book keeping, expense journals, accruals accounts, income tax reports, social security reports, and filed as required. I have demonstrated success in payroll processing over employees working with a diverse group of people include part/full timers, academic/non-academic, faculty, physicians, nurses, and staff.
