Love coffee. & love people. Working for Dutch Bros is such a unique and unreal experience and opportunity. This company and its leaders never fail to amaze me. We truly are in the relationship business, not the coffee business. Enjoy a nice warm kicker and sit back and read about our company's story a little more! little about me and my journey, I have worked for Dutch Bros for about 4 years now, it has taught me servant leadership, adaptability, and exceptional communication skills. I started in the shops serving customers a smile and a coffee on a daily basis, then I moved over to our beautiful headquarters and worked for our unreal Accounting team. I then got an opportunity to become a Recruiter here for our headquarters! It has been so fun being part of this massive growth, our company is planning to double its size from 400 - 800 locations by 2023. Now I just recently got the opportunity to work on our Field Ops team as a Regional Business Administrator for our SW region! I am so excited for this next adventure and be a part of our growth on the front lines! On a more personal level, I love using my creative side in fashion and baking! I am a coffee and dog lover. I live for the winters and love some snow. Being in Southern Oregon I am surrounded by all of the things I love, I am lucky to live in this beautiful valley with mountains on every side of me and a beautiful river running through!
