In my current role as Lead IT Support Technician at Jefferson County Public Schools, I oversee a team of skilled technicians, coordinating efforts to deliver seamless technical support across multiple sites. My responsibilities include analyzing workloads, prioritizing tasks, and providing advanced technical guidance to ensure efficient and timely resolution of IT issues. I work collaboratively with school staff and departments to implement technical solutions, track project progress, and maintain operational excellence.
