Growth starts with understanding people - customers, partners, and the teams that serve them. That conviction has shaped everything I've built over the past eight years at EisnerAmper, where I lead the firm's client experience and growth strategy across a $1B professional services platform.My team and I have built an integrated growth engine that connects client intelligence, AI-powered analytics, and human-centered enablement into a system that drives retention, expansion, and new revenue. What started as a client feedback function has evolved into an enterprise capability spanning CX programs that have generated over $160M in cumulative growth, tiered account management, an AI-powered client intelligence platform, partner enablement programs that change how professionals develop business, and a client analytics infrastructure that informs executive decision-making.Before EisnerAmper, I spent over a decade in business development and market strategy at Am Law 50 firms, leading growth across Silicon Valley, Boston, and Hong Kong/Greater China. That experience - building teams, entering new markets, and translating complex capabilities into client value - is the foundation for how I approach growth today: systematically, empathetically, and with an obsession for making strategy both tangible and executable.I believe the companies that win in the next decade will be the ones that treat client experience not as operational infrastructure, but as the key differentiator and value creator. That's what we're building.Outside of work, I'm a mentor to women in leadership, a perpetual student (most recently at Stanford), and happiest when my husband and I are chasing waves, testing recipes, or building our next venture - with our dogs somewhere nearby.
