Controlling activities and scope, using both traditional and agile methodologies for project management.I have extensive experience in customer service, starting as a Service Desk Analyst at Capgemini, and have worked in various IT areas, including infrastructure and systems implementation. Additionally, I have experience in gamification and corporate education. Recently, my focus has been on project management, where I am responsible for scope, schedule, and activity control, as well as reporting results to internal, external, and client stakeholders, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of project processes.My international experience in Canada, through the Ciência sem Fronteiras scholarship program, provided me with a rich experience of studying and working in Canadian companies, allowing me to engage with diverse cultures and a challenging work environment.
