About Jade Browne

The most important thing you need to know about me is that I live to organise. Whether it be paperwork and schedules at the office, seminars and textbooks for studying or my suitcase for a holiday, organising is my passion. Having worked in a range of industries I have learned that if you can organise then you can succeed. Or at least plan as closely as possible to achieve your goal. Without a full compliment of crew it is near impossible to provide a premium experience for an in-flight passenger and without a nurse your surgeon will struggle to have a smooth operation. This is where my second passion lies: creating a supportive team environment. Ensuring that each piece is in its place in order for a plan to be laid and completed is important, but knowing that you can motivate your staff in a positive environment to get the job done holds its own sense of achievement. I want to continue a career that allows me to develop these skills and furthermore to excel in leading and guiding each member of my team. I thrive on new challenges and picking up practical skills on the job and learning while connecting with others. Stepping into a Management role with minimal prior knowledge or training provided me with an opportunity to test my instincts, but most importantly it confirmed my desire to pursue further education. Complementing my work life experience with tertiary study has been a welcomed move in my personal development.
