About Jade Camps

I oversee four of Guardian Life's most central departments: Customer Service, Customer Support, Premium Accounting, and Conservation. Everyday I focus my energy towards process improvement, and consolidating the efforts of those under me towards a unified business model. Prior to my present role in, Inforce Operations, I operated in the field of Project Management, whereby I piloted many of the company’s innovation projects. Creating the ideal customer experience is of the utmost priority for me. Whether it’s polishing our customer greeting or relooking our issue resolution process, I view every customer interaction as integral to company’s business. I have over two decades worth of leadership experience, and hold myself to the belief that leadership should be exemplary and successive. I have a keen eye for identifying potential in others, and devote my time to their mentorship. I am also a certified private pilot and a certified open water diver.
