As a senior at Miami University's Farmer School of Business studying Human Capital Management and Leadership, I am working on developing the skills needed to become a future Talent Acquisition Specialist. During my time at Miami University, I have actively participated in the professional business fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi, collaborated with KeyBank to provide a viable solution to a real-world problem, and started my first internship at Hendrickson. As a member of Delta Sigma Pi, I've been able to develop myself as a professional while participating on the professional and recruitment committees. This growth pushed me to earn my first internship at Hendrickson where I continue my commitment to the development of strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.As an HR intern with Hendrickson, I am learning how to effectively communicate with all levels of a business while creating the best possible working environment built on strong, professional relationships. I focus a lot of time on the recruitment of top talent for Hendrickson Trailer Divisional Office and hope to network with peers and individuals interested in joining our team at Hendrickson.
