As a Group Administrator People & Culture at Airservices Australia, I support the delivery of people and culture initiatives, events, and engagement while ensuring compliance in all areas. Previously, I worked as an Executive Secretary and a Finance Administration Officer at the Department for Education, South Australia, where I honed my skills in budgeting, reporting, stakeholder management, and communication. I have also completed multiple certificates in human resources management and project management fundamentals, as well as an advanced communication course from the Australian Institute of Management. My mission is to contribute to the development and wellbeing of people and organisations through effective and efficient administrative and HR practices.
