If you’re reading this, you’re probably wondering. who is Jade, and what drives her? Right now, I’m a Program Support Specialist at GYST Consulting, where I help deliver leadership, safety, and cultural development programs that genuinely change how people work together. You’ll find me deep in the details: coordinating logistics, refining communications, and making sure every program leaves participants with practical tools they can use straight away. But here’s the thing, I didn’t start here. My career began in the fitness industry, working in foundational admin roles and building a skill set shaped by people, service, and pace. For most of my working life, that was my world: energetic, customer-driven, and constantly moving. When the opportunity with GYST came along, I made a big switch, stepping into the workplace safety and leadership development space, eager to stretch my skills and bring that same people-first energy into a new environment. And I haven’t looked back. Outside of work? You’ll probably find me running after my two young boys (they keep me on my toes!), working on digital drawings for my small side business, or dancing with friends at our weekly classes, a passion I’ve held since I was 7.
