About Jade Mancini

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at LCBO, I lead the full recruitment life cycle for corporate roles within the head office. I have a high level of experience working on and closing out roles such as Software Engineers, Human Resource Business Partners, Learning & Talent Development Analysts, Business Analysts, Senior Application Developers, and more. I also work with top-level executives on director-level roles to curate the search for the perfect candidate for senior leadership teams. I am a Certified Talent Acquisition Specialist (CTAS) with a Bachelor of Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology. I have a passion for finding and developing talent, as well as a unique background as a former NCAA D1 and professional women's hockey player. I bring a competitive edge, a collaborative spirit, and a diverse perspective to my role at LCBO.
