Hi I’m Jade and I’m looking to positively impact peoples lives through healthcare.Ever since I can remember, I’ve always wanted to be in the healthcare field, primarily as a clinical provider. This desire has kept me focused on the sacrificial path of getting there. As a college graduate majoring in Human Biology, my interest in medicine and health have become exceedingly stronger.As I continue on the path to medical school and residency, I want to get first hand knowledge of how medicine and health play a role in people’s everyday lives. I had the opportunity to shadow an Ear, Nose, Throat (ENT) physician over this past summer, and it was a wonderful experience. Although I don’t know if I want to go into a specialty, I do know that I want all people to have access to healthcare. I want the people I interact with to know I care and want the best health outcomes possible. There will be several job positions on this journey, but whoever hires me will know that whatever position I have, I will do it with the highest level of professionalism and with a high degree of hard work and integrity.Jade M.
