About Jade McKenzie

Having worked for Teaching Personnel for over 9 years, I have gained sound understanding of how to effectively manage multiple schools / Academies / Trusts recruitment process, to ensure a valuable and quality placement is made each and every time. Former schools / Trusts that I have worked with, consider me part of their team as I liaised frequently with them and built a strong partnership to ensure we found the right person for the role and that the Trust was staffed with high quality candidates. As the vital link between schools and candidates, I understand the importance to ensure both parties are on the same page of expectations and requirements. After successfully developing the Hull and Lincolnshire area, I have recently joined the Business Development Team to support the West Yorkshire area. Working closely to develop relationships with Multi Academy Trusts and other school groups to provide a bespoke recruitment planning service for temporary or permanent staffing and intervention, which offers both financial and value added benefits. If you would like to know more about the services we provide, or if you are a MAT or school group leader seeking a recruitment partner to support your academies/schools, then get in touch to discuss Teaching Personnel's tailored partnership offerings.
