JMC Aviation is a specialist aviation recruitment business that provides a range of recruitment solutions to our global aviation clients. In my role, I'm accountable for the recruitment operations delivered by JMC to our customer base, including the creation and implementation of solutions and back office operational functions. Within the JMC team we currently provide Contract and Permanent recruitment solutions to 27 countries from 5 global offices. As Europe’s leading supplier of recruitment services to the aviation and aerospace industry, we are responsible for placing in excess of highly skilled engineers with clients all over the world.
