About Jade Nadon

I started my journey in tech as a Junior Test Engineer (Manual), 4 years later and I have developed my skills to become a confident QA Analyst, and now have aspirations to move into the automation testing field. As a manual Tester, I am confident in testing Web and mobile applications across iOS, Android, and multiple browsers, as well as testing API's and Databases. I am capable of creating test plan/cases and executing them to a high standard, recording results accurately, feeding back to the team as needed and raising detailed defects when required. My role as a Delivery Lead at TMM was very diverse; it involved liaising with stakeholders, creating stories and refining them, running Scrum ceremonies, removing blockers, and still having some involvement in the testing phase. My time as a delivery lead has given me an invaluable insight into the full development lifecycle and has given me a more well rounded view when it comes to creating test plans and scoping out test scenarios. I believe in hard work and dedication to any task I do, with a dedication to learning and improving my skillset. You get out of life what you put into it, so I always strive to give 100%.
